Glee is the real Obama

I don't watch television, unless I have to because I am at my parent's place and bored beyond belief. Still, American television is not something regular cable provides, so I'm not sure the title of the post is accurate. But I think, from what I pick up on the net and especially on YouTube, Glee is the best thing that ever happened to American television. It's the Obama America never got in the form of a television show.

It's been on for a while, but I've been hearing very positive comments on it here and there. And then this post came on Nightcharm.com. I wish homosexuality was a higher education thing for real, it'd make things so much easier for everyone... The a capella version really improves the song, mostly because I generally dislike female pop-singers and absolutely love male a capella formations, like the UNC Achordants I featured in a few posts a long, long time ago.

Then I stumbled upon the preview of their 'Rocky Horror Show', with a sensational blond stud wearing nothing but tight gold shorts, called Sam. Sure his tan isn't great and his cuteness could be improved, but damn those are nice abs! And then there is this fabulous coach-woman played by Jane Lynch, whom you probably know from the sneaky gays video. I love her style and the role she plays - brilliant! This little compilation is a real treat.

In other news: I'm not making it to deliver a few of the projects in time, which we have to do for school. They seem trivial and I am not motivated to do them. They require little effort - which I already knew is bound to ruin my karma eventually. They get postponed until eventually I go "why the hell would I bother anyway!?". After these two weeks of exams, a new period begins and I am telling myself to pick up with the enthousiasm I always have beginning on a project and disregard the stretching laid upon it by school and just get in, dig deep and get it over with before things get shoved on the long-term planning again - leading to disaster.
