The following are goodbyes to YouTube channels I have once subscribed to, but no longer wish to be a subscriber of. Basically to refresh and clear out the dead ones (which seems something I'll have to do to my blogroll soon...). In alphabetical order:
14bcb88 I think I subscribed to this channel out of a strange influx of interest in the Christo-fascists of America. I never saw one of its videos posted on my Subscriptions overview, which is unsurprising noticing the latest video was posted 7 months ago. Completely disinterested at this moment, I'm throwing it down the drain.
5sortastraightguys Obviously because it involved young gay men doing casual stuff. Probably the least refreshing channel for as far as I am to judge the gay-collab-channels. They haven't posted anything new for 5 months (not that that is the 'deadline' I work with), and I honestly can't say I'm anticipating anything new from their hands. Bye bye...
ajaxouch A sort of handsome guy who did a lot of fun videos, but deleted many of them. This is not done and really, that was the beginning of the end. He used to have pretty fun insights, but I think his channel is basically dead.
arrogantatheist Became very, very lame - or always has been. I need not say more. Completely without a clue why I subscribed to him, maybe he once made a clever remark or a cute video...
bmcnaught A slightly interesting couple of videos of his workshops on LGBT issues in the workplace etc. Very nice, but nothing new under the horizon. Definitely outdated.
causecast Had some quite brilliant videos when they started, but now just spam my Subscriptions box with low-profile celebrity interviews. Not what I want, definitely not what I need. It seemed to have great potential in the beginning, which is why I subscribed in the first place, but sadly disappointed on the long run.
cinemachezsoi No longer seems to exist. Which is why there is no link.
compagent A relatively good pianist, I was impressed by his version of Requiem for A Dream. But he hasn't impressed me again and hasn't posted anything new for a year. Time to cut the cord.
daveofalaveo Hot little slutboy, but his account got suspended. Again no URL.
depfox I really feel bad about letting these two guys slip, but I just don't care any more. They have some amazing videos lying around and are real activists. I've enjoyed them a lot in the past, but my interest seems to have watered away. No need to keep up appearances, that is not how I work.
ericos A fellow Dutchman, who's initial stuff I liked, but his terrible English is getting on my nerves. He is cute though, so I might keep visiting occasionally.
extraxhapstick Again a cute boy, but not worthy of my time. He attempts to sing a little, but his latest video (of two months ago) was the obvious beginning of the end.
fhey1337 And another cute boy who plays some guitar. He does pretty well, but fails to keep us hanging on with regular issues of new songs or at least updates. Not a sound for a year, bad karma...
funscenes Another closed account.
g0at Brilliant and very attractive heterosexual, with a good view of the world. Sadly he has stopped posting and I believe he gave his account to some other guy. Either way, his (again, brilliant) videos have all been deleted. So long fellow.
gaycomicgeek Which basically says it all. He's a bright young man, with some pretty big guns and a sparkling personality. But a little too geeky for me. He's quite a settled celebrity in some circles, which obviously aren't mine.
greg85or Filmmaker, made this cute short film I liked, but has done nothing more. No need to subscribe really, so there you go.
harrietcraig (2) Gay pop culture connection. Fortunately I got cured from it by an allergic reaction to some of the elements in those videos. Garbage, really.
johnson154 Was this very attractive young man with reddish hair and a great personality. I found him as a gay boyscouts (eager for someone similar to me). He's out of business though, as of two years.
karpadiem Besides misspelling it, he is obnoxious. His blondness must have had me confused into subscribing to his channel.
kylemajorscb Kyle Major's Cocky Boys, yes, a pornographer. Sadly he has stopped publishing through YouTube. There were some pretty hot (and new) guys there, they'll be missed.
ladysilver2267 Another dead one.
liamthewhite A gay guy at nursing school. He got anxious when his classmates found his channel and he apparently quit. I quite liked him, most profound memory of the channel are his day-to-day irritations with people. He is being missed.
mavoss An upcoming musician who suddenly stopped doing YouTube, for no apparent reason. He really is quite good and I let him know that in my comments. Sadly, nothing new has been posted for over 2 years... at least the old vids are still there.
mix810 Started from my parkour interest, but turned out to be some stupid boys doing tricks. Most of all, I can't stand their high-pitch yelling.
notohaters0 A name for a channel which is bound to have a short life. Clearly so, since there hasn't been anything new for over a year, and what was there (and is still there to be found) wasn't that ground-breaking. There are better atheist-interest channels.

oxfordmedicalschool For obvious reasons of great interest to me, especially helpful in the elements I had to master in primary and secondary triage for the SIGMA training. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like the world will be treated with any more of these amazingly clear and very professional videos. A damned shame.
pendulumlive I liked a song or two of them, but they basically suck for the rest.
qafchannel Queer As Folk, I was interested in new stuff, which, regrettably, stayed out. Again one I haven't heard from in two years.
queershere Cute channel with nice movie excerpts. But not worth it in the end, easily overshadowed by other channels like it and, really, a google search will do the same.

The rest of my subscriptions are recommendable. That is one of the criteria I'd now like to uphold. That and that I won't be going *sigh* when I come across new uploads from a channel I subscribed to. The *sigh* reaction is not good when it is evoked by other people's creative attempts. There's still 67 left at the moment. View them here. And here is something from my Favourites, a 'latest addition'. I guess I'd have to clean up my Favourites too, but that has everything to do with videos being "no longer available" rather than me deciding they're not really part of my favourites any more.
