Time for an update. I've had a great weekend with the scouts, a small camp in preparation for the annual Whitsun Camp where we'll join in the 3500 scouts to create a grand scouting experience. The kids displayed a certain laziness which has been going on for years now, I talked about it with my fellow scoutsleader - with whom I make up the team for next year. He said he noticed this change in attitude as well, kids don't like doing the actual things that makes scouting scouting; and they're lazy as hell. Very different from 'our time', the significance of the change should be evident when two guys, both barely 20, talk about the past like that. So I'm not sure we're both still enjoying the scouts as much as we used to... this is a bad omen, because there is no sign of any new leaders to replace us with.
Anyway, we had a ball on Friday when we built an entire kitchen "we" being me and the other scoutsleader, and some other core members who came along. The core does very little old-school building, so I guess they welcomed this little exercise; one totally sucked at it after not doing it for a while. He didn't even get the clove hitch right (he made a half stitch with the rope around it twice)... regardless, we had fun and relaxed in the weather which was fantastic all weekend. Of course there were no children around (apart from the neighbour's kids who always hang around our work, one of them is a cub I had in the group last year), so we were free to consume alcohol - which we did. After all, the sun was out in a predominantly blue sky, there was very little wind (which rarely happens on the countryside) and we were doing relatively hard work. That evening, when we were joined by the other scoutsteam we had a meeting first and started drinking afterwards. It has been a long time since I consumed that much alcohol... we got to bed far too late.
Saturday the kids came and we were slightly disappointed by their meagre numbers, only about half turned up - seems even camping isn't cool anymore. And really, it's not us, we're trying as hard as we can to make things attractive for the kids, but they just seem more interested in their Wii's and other game consoles. We had a pretty decent meal that evening and fooled around in the forest when it got dark. At 11 the kids went to bed and we were free to drink again. We all went to bed much earlier this time and it showed the next morning. After de-constructing everything and cleaning up the field, we sent the kids home. I'm a little worried about the Whitsun Camp, if they do not deliver better work there, we might not achieve the camping-standard, which allows groups to join the Whitsun Camp.
After the camp I went home and spent two days with my family. I dislike being there so I came home a.s.a.p. Apparently, on returning, my energy company ended the contract with me so I had two days to extend the agreement or find a new one, or I'd be cut off. So I quickly went on-line, figured I wanted cheaper and guess what; I found something greener and cheaper! Now let's hope I don't get fucked, because this sounds a little too good to be true... In other news: I've joined an on-line forum on paedophilia to explore that field a bit. I've had some talks with random people about it and it seems this is another taboo-topic. Let's hope people don't get the wrong impression, because paedophiles are an ever more discriminated against group than homosexuals are in the Netherlands. Only very few are courageous enough not to reside in the shadows. In the future I want to find something on transgendered people as well, to more or less finish this journey of exploration. But one at a time is plenty for me... At least I can expect a warmer welcome at Martijn.org than I had at Stormfront.org. ; )
I hope you're all doing fine.

Wow. Sounds like you're busy busy busy. Hope we can talk soon!
I checked out Martinij.org.
In the industrialized Americas, sexual contact on the part of adults with pre-teens is as big a taboo as murder. NAMBLA is shunned like the plague. But in some indigenous societies, it is not uncommon for mothers to fondle the genitiles of their small pre-pubescent sons as a form of play.
I've never quite understood how an adult could find sexual gratification in a pre-teen, particularly those that haven't reached puberty, which consist of most. Their orifices aren't large enough to withstand adult penetration comfortably, and most of them are not emotionally prepared to handle it.
Pederasty (consensual sex between adults and pubescent adolescents) is also taboo in most of the Americas, but not in indigenous societies or most of Europe where age of sexual consent laws are more reasonable.
"We had a pretty decent meal that evening and fooled around in the forest when it got dark".
Care to elaborate on the latter? :)-
Heh, I thought of putting in a "not what you think" right in that line, but didn't care enough. Guess I should have. We went out at dark to play a night-game, a good way for the kids to blow off some steam after the stress of cooking food at scouting; just before going to bed.
I have never felt anything for the pre-pubescent age either. Of course I can see which boys will grow up to be absolute eye candy, but that is usually in a couple of years time. My age preference fluctuates a lot, it basically floats anywhere between 16 and 30.
Martijn.org is turning out to be a bit quiet, I hope to get more response on a thread I opened today - otherwise I'd need to go look for a new spot... if there is any.
I always enjoy seeing you post.
I suppose camping does become 'not cool' at some point, only to become 'cool again' after adolescence settles down.
I would like to try camping again some day.
